Data Processing Agreement

1. Roles of the Parties

In providing the RestCoo platform, RestCoo Inc. acts as a "Data Processor" or "Service Provider" (as defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act - CCPA), and you act as the "Data Controller" or "Business."

2. CCPA Service Provider Certification

RestCoo Inc. certifies that it understands the restrictions under the CCPA. We will not sell or share (for cross-context behavioral advertising) the personal information we process on your behalf. We will only retain, use, or disclose such data for the specific purpose of performing the services specified in our Terms of Service.

3. AI Model Training and Sub-processors

We process data solely to deliver analytical results to you. We do not use your proprietary or personal data to train our foundational Artificial Intelligence models without explicit consent. You authorize us to use third-party Sub-processors (e.g., cloud infrastructure, LLM APIs, and Stripe) bound by strict data protection obligations.

4. Security Measures and Breach Notification

We implement industry-standard technical safeguards. In the event of a confirmed security breach affecting your data, we will notify you without undue delay and assist in your compliance obligations.

5. Data Deletion

Upon account termination, or upon your written request to support@restcoo.ai, we will securely delete or anonymize all personal data processed on your behalf, except where retention is required by applicable law.
